Anytime a student is absent from a class block, IPoly must be notified of the reason for the absence. When a student is absent from either in-person or distance-learning, a parent/guardian must notify the school in one of two ways:

1) Call our Main Office at 909-839-2320 and speak to the attendance clerk, or

2) Complete the following form:
