While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1270th, while the Lions are ranked 469th).

Southlands Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Tarbut V' Torah, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2.
