IPoly's Academic Monitor works alongside IPoly's Counselor and teachers to track students who need additional academic support, or are at risk of failure. The Academic Monitor meets directly with students, sometimes on a weekly basis, sets up tutoring/homework help, speaks to parents and identifies remediation classes where needed to ensure students are able to successfully meet IPoly's graduation requirements.

The Instrucitonal Support Specialist leads a variety of workshops to provide re-teaching of concepts from the students' core classes, as well as academic support in areas such as test preparation, organization skills, and time management. The Student Success Workshops are planned, organized and led by the Instructional Support Specialist.
