    In the 2021-22 school year, IPoly welcomed Equity and Access Coordinator Jamie Smith-Spriggs to the administration team. Her 29 years of experience in education serving students, staff, parents and community partners has been instrumental as IPoly continues to cultivate a culture of inclusion and foster belonging for all students. Her years of service and support in special education, expanded learning, as an endorsed Cal Sac trainer, student leadership, restorative practices, and equity and diversity provides IPoly with direct access to resources that build a positive school culture.
