IPoly welcomed Ginger Merritt-Paul as principal in Fall 2017. She brings a depth of experience in leading and implementing a variety of educational programs and a wealth of knowledge in leadership.

Ms. Merritt-Paul received her Bachelors of Arts degree from The Master’s College, and her Masters of Science in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University. She began her career teaching in our Juvenile Court Schools then moved to Alternative Education teaching at Monrovia Boys Republic before moving to Educational Programs as the first Instructional Technology Coordinator. For five years, before beginning at IPoly, she served as Assistant Principal of Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment and Guidance at South Pasadena High School.
