COURSE OF STUDY
Students will study works of prose, poetry, drama, and fiction in relation to their historical and cultural contexts. Texts were selected for what they reflect and reveal about the evolving American experience and character.

1st semester

* I acknowledge that this is British Lit and not American, but satire is a very important concept to study and this text is the mother of all satirical texts.
2nd semester
